It’s time for each of us to start facing our fears.

Day #19 of Sanity

There is so much fear surrounding us. Some of it is helpful to us like not punching a tiger in the nose or looking both ways before crossing the street. We should not necessarily fear these situations but use caution and common sense in guiding our actions. But in other parts of our lives, there is fear that stops us in our tracks like the fear of not being good enough. Our negative self-talk can get in the way and often does not serve a useful purpose. It gets us stuck in situations that force us to fit in, when our opportunity is to unleash our curiosity on our path.
