Let’s Start with the Why …Welcome! We are thrilled to launch #365DaysofSanity. Our purpose is to co-create a healthier and saner world for all of us. We are facing one of the most significant crossroads for humanity. We can see this situation as a huge obstacle, or we can shift our mindset and see it as one of our greatest opportunities. We want to bring back the ancient technology of dialogue, where we engage deeply with ourselves and each other.

Day #2 of Sanity

Dare to follow your heart, be who you want to be and make a difference in the world. It’s that simple.

Imagine, for one moment, what life would be like if we stopped asking kids, “what they want their life to be when they grow up” and instead, asked: “what they want to create in their lives.” Now ask yourself this very same question.

In the wise words of Wendy Wasserstein: “Don’t live down to expectations. Go out there and do something remarkable.’

Ask yourself:

  • What does play mean to me?
  • What am I leaving behind that no longer serves me on my journey to sanity?
  • What and who am I taking with me on my journey this year?
