It’s time for each of us to recognize that there is only life.
Day #29 of SanitySpeaking at a retreat this weekend, someone took me aside and shared that they had to leave early since they had to get back to their “real life.” It made me think about how much many of us separate our lives. Another person shared with me that they need to start making time for yoga since they loved the daily yoga they were experiencing at the event.
This made me think, once again, about our relationship with ourselves. We have not learned to make time for ourselves to take care of ourselves. The minute we have to find time to do something that is good for us, we are saying it is not valuable to us. If it is valuable, would we not simply integrate it into our lives?
What if life is one big adventure? When is your next hot air balloon ride?
