It’s time for each of us to trust our intuition.
Day #10 of Sanity
At times, we second guess ourselves and question a situation that plays right out in front of us. We may be talking to someone and the voice in our head says, ‘did they really just say that? They don’t mean it’ or some story we make up. And yes, they could really not mean it but why are they saying it in the first place?
There are also situations where people say things but their actions do not match their words. You hear them say all the ‘right’ words and yet, they are not showing up in alignment with these words. And here is the bottom line. We can’t pay our way in the world simply relying on words. We need to take those intentions and transform them into action based on reality.
And we also need to listen to our own words and help ourselves transform them into actions. We must put our oxygen mask first, before helping others.
You were gifted intuition and an imagination and yet, many wait for someone else to pave their path. Don’t give away your power. Trust yourself and know that when someone shows you who they are in the first 15 seconds, trust them. You know.
- Where, if anywhere, am I giving away my power?
- Who in my life has a gap between their words and actions? What can I learn from it?
- Where are my gaps? Where are my opportunities?
- What is my power?
